Delay in Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the Year Ended 31 December 2025

Pineapple Power Corporation plc (LSE: PNPL), a special purpose acquisition company, announces a delay in the publication of its audited annual financial report for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "Annual Report"), which was due to be released by 30 April 2026.

The delay has arisen as the Board and its advisors work to conclude certain matters required to stabilise and strengthen the Company's financial position. These discussions are ongoing and are a priority for the Board to ensure the "going concern" basis of the financial statements is robustly supported.

A further update regarding the expected publication date will be provided in due course.
