Georgia Capital PLC announces the publishing of its Annual and Sustainability Reports 2025
Georgia Capital PLC (the "Company") has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (the "Annual Report 2025") and its Sustainability Report (the "Sustainability Report 2025").
The Annual Report 2025 is available to view on the Company's website at https://georgiacapital.ge/investor-relations/annual-reports. In accordance with Listing Rule 22.2.6, a copy of the Annual Report 2025 will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. In compliance with its obligations under section 6.3.5(1) of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company also releases the unedited full text of its Annual Report 2025.
The Company's Sustainability Report 2025 is also available to view on the Company's website at https://georgiacapital.ge/investor-relations/sustainability-reports.
The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is scheduled for 9 June 2026 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be mailed to shareholders on or around 13 May 2026.
