Annual Financial Report

Close Brothers Group plc (the "group" or "Close Brothers") announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts 2026 (the "Annual Report"). The document is available to view on the group's website at:

The Annual Report will be sent to shareholders on 16 October 2026, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10 Crown Place, London EC2A 4FT on Thursday 19 November 2026 at 11.00am. Full details of the proposed resolutions will be set out in the Notice of AGM.

The Board encourages shareholders to vote on the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM by proxy in advance of the deadline to be set out in the Notice of AGM. Further details regarding voting by proxy will be set out in the Notice of AGM.
