Announcement regarding Chief Financial Officer

Severn Trent Plc ("Severn Trent") announces that Helen Miles has informed the Board of her decision to step down from her role as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Severn Trent to take up a new role as Chief Financial Officer of Vistry Plc.

The Board is commencing a formal search process to identify a successor. Helen will remain in her role as CFO to support an orderly transition throughout her 12-month notice period. We will provide further updates in due course.

James Jesic, Chief Executive Officer, said "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Helen for her significant contribution over her 12 years at Severn Trent and I wish her well for the future.
