Announcement of the Death of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of TwentyFour Income Fund Limited (the "Company") is deeply saddened to announce the death of Joanne Fintzen, a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of the Company.

Jo joined the Board in 2019 and made an invaluable contribution to the Company through her insight, experience and commitment. During her tenure, Jo provided wise counsel and dedicated service to the Board and its shareholders.

Bronwyn Curtis, Chair of the Company, said:

"On behalf of the Board and everyone associated with the Company, I would like to express our profound sadness at the passing of Jo Fintzen. Jo was a highly respected colleague whose experience, judgement and unwavering commitment made a significant contribution to the Company.
