Completion of anaerobic digestion sale and RCF repayment

Anaerobic digestion ("AD") disposal
Further to the Company's announcement on the 30 June 2026 (the "Announcement"), the Company is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of an AD project in Northern Ireland for proceeds of c. £3m, by one of the Company's borrowers. All proceeds from the sale have been applied by the borrower to prepay the debt balance owed by the borrower to the Company. The disposal value is in line with the valuation of such project included in the Company's net asset value at 31 March 2026.
The other near-term disposal processes remain as per the Announcement.
Revolving Credit Facility ("RCF") repayment
The Company is pleased to announce that following completion of the solar debt financing set out in the Announcement, the Company has fully repaid the outstanding balance of the Company's RCF. The commitment available under the RCF remains available to be drawn by the Company for the management of the Company's working capital.
Capital allocation
Any excess cash balance will continue to be applied in accordance with the framework that the Company has set out for use of cash. At the prevailing discount at which the Company's ordinary shares trade to the Company's net asset value per ordinary share, such excess cash balance will be used to continue the Company's share buyback programme.
