Crimson Tide, the provider of the mpro5 process management app, provides the following update pursuant to rule 17 and schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Jon Clarke, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has notified the Company that Onvi Tech Ltd, a company of which he is a director, was placed into creditors voluntary liquidation on 23 April 2026.
