Transaction in Own Shares
AIB Group plc ("AIB" or the "Company") announces that from 27 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, it purchased a total of 2,575,000 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.625 each ("Ordinary Shares") on Euronext Dublin through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC ("Goodbody"), as detailed below. The purchases form part of the Company's €1.0 billion share buyback programme announced on 4 March 2026. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
