FLEET EXPANSION AND NEW CUSTOMER

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP, Avation or "the Company"), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, is pleased to announce the signing of a lease agreement with state-owned airline Linhas Aéreas de Cabo Verde (trading as "CVSky") for one new ATR 72-600 aircraft (the "Aircraft"). This operating lease is backed by a sovereign guarantee from the government of Cabo Verde.

The Aircraft was delivered to CVSky on 7 October 2026 from ATR's production facility in Toulouse.

Jeff Chatfield, Executive Chairman of Avation PLC, said: "We are pleased to have secured this lease for our next new aircraft delivery which marks a key milestone in our growth story with the entry of Avation into the African market. We are delighted to welcome CVSky as a new customer."
