Change of 2026 Annual General Meeting Date and Extension of Director Nomination Period
Bravura Solutions Limited (AIM:BVS) ("Bravura" or the "Company") advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), previously expected to be held on 3 November 2026, will now be held on Thursday 26 November 2026.
The Board has determined that the revised timetable will provide additional time to progress ongoing Board succession planning initiatives and other AGM preparations.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. The closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director has also been extended. Director nominations must now be received at the Company's registered office by no later than 5.00pm (AEST) on 1 October 2026.
Further to the Company’s announcement on 8 September 2026, the Company confirms that Sarah Adam-Gedge and Charles Crouchman intend to retire as Independent Non-Executive Directors of Bravura at the conclusion of the AGM.
Further details in respect of the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting to be dispatched to shareholders.
