AGM Trading Update
23 September 2026 - SDI Group plc, the buy and build group, focused on companies which design and manufacture specialist lab equipment, industrial & scientific sensors and industrial & scientific products, provides an update on trading for the current financial year (“FY27”) ahead of today’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”).
As noted at the final results, the Company saw strong momentum moving into the current financial year, with good organic growth driven by strong contributions from recent additions to the portfolio. As a result, SDI reaffirms that it expects to deliver full year results in line with market expectations*.
SDI remains focused on delivering both organic and inorganic growth. Its decentralised model pairs Group-level financial and strategic support with genuine autonomy for its portfolio businesses. SDI continues to explore the acquisition of complementary businesses with strong niche positions and international reach, that would benefit from the wider Group’s scale and synergies.
