AGM Trading Update

Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited (LSE: SCGL) will today hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 11:00 a.m. BST at Shoosmiths LLP, 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ.

Trading Update

The Board is encouraged by the progress made during the first half of the year and believes that the Group is well positioned to execute its long-term strategy, with its strengthened balance sheet providing a solid platform to support delivery.

The Group remains focused on expanding its technology capabilities across the Asia-Pacific region with continued emphasis on developing AI-enabled solutions and technologies that support AI infrastructure, while also exploring new commercial opportunities and partnerships.

Whilst the Board is mindful of the broader macroeconomic and geopolitical environment, it expects Group performance for the current financial year to be in line with its expectations, and looks forward to providing a further update with the publication of the Group's half year results to 30 June 2026, in due course.
