AGM Statement

Truetide plc (AIM: TRUE), the London-quoted investment holding company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting, being held at China Ventures Limited, Common Lane, Mappleborough Green at 10.30am today, Trevor Brown, Chief Executive Officer, will make the following statement:

Proposed Revised Investing Policy

The Company plans to seek shareholder approval to amend its investing policy (the "Investing Policy") in order to adopt a balanced long-short, AI-focused investment strategy. The proposed strategy would focus on investments in companies considered by the Board to be well positioned to benefit from developments in artificial intelligence, together with selective put option positions in relation to companies whose valuations the Board considers may be difficult to sustain. Implementation of the revised Investing Policy would proceed in phases.

Pursuant to Rule 8 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company will be required to seek shareholder approval at a general meeting for the proposed change to its Investing Policy. Further details of the revised Investing Policy will be set out in a circular to shareholders, expected to be sent within the next two months, to convene the general meeting. No action will be taken under the revised strategy until shareholder approval has been obtained.
