ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Notice convening the Company's AGM and the Proxy form were also posted to all shareholders on the 21st of August 2026. The AGM of the Company will be held on Tuesday the 16th of September 2026, at the offices of Shard Capital Partners LLP, 6th floor, 51 Lime Street, London, EC3M 7DQ at 1pm (Uk time).

Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of AGM may be obtained on request from the Company's registered office, Shard Capital Partners LLP, 51 Lime Street, London, EC3M 7DQ and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
