UPDATE ON 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM") ARRANGEMENTS
As set out in the Notice of Meeting, the Group's AGM will be taking place at Tallow Chandlers' Hall, 4 Dowgate Hill, London EC4R 2SH on Friday 12 June 2026 at 12:00, which shareholders are welcome to attend.
In addition, it will be possible to watch the proceedings of the meeting through the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform. However, shareholders will not be able to ask questions online, nor will they be able to vote through this platform and so are encouraged to submit their proxy votes in the normal way.
Details of how to register to watch the AGM using the IMC platform can found on the AGM page of the Group's website at www.mpevans.co.uk/investors/agm which includes the Notice of Meeting, how to submit proxy votes, voting guidelines for CREST members and a link to the IMC registration page.
