Notification of Admission of Further Securities to Trading (PRM 1.6.4R)
Further to the Company's 'Application for admission of shares' announcement on 21 April 2026, in accordance with PRM 1.6.4R, the Company notifies the market that 1,544,110 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange in order to satisfy the exercise of vested awards granted under The Johnson Service Group 2028 Long-Term Incentive Plan and The Johnson Service Group 2018 Long-Term Incentive Plan (CSOP Section).
