SANTANDER UK PLC*€35 BILLION GLOBAL COVERED BOND PROGRAMMEAdmission to trading of Transferable Securities - Series 88 Tranche 2

The following covered bonds issued by Santander UK plc (the Issuer) have today (30 July 2026) been admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc:

· Series 88 Tranche 2 €400,000,000 Fixed Rate Covered Bonds due May 2031 (XS3454380760) (the Series 88 Tranche 2 Covered Bonds) to be consolidated, become fungible and form a single series with the existing Series 88 Tranche 1 €1,000,000,000 Fixed Rate Covered Bonds due May 2031 (XS2823118018) issued and admitted to trading on 20 May 2024.

The Series 88 Tranche 2 Covered Bonds are issued under the Issuer's €35 billion Global Covered Bond Programme (the Programme) pursuant to a prospectus dated 17 March 2026 as supplemented on 1 May 2026, 8 May 2026, 5 June 2026 and 22 July 2026 (the Prospectus), read together with the Final Terms dated 29 July 2026 relating to the Series 88 Tranche 2 Covered Bonds (the Final Terms).
