Admission of Shares
Further to Amigo's announcement dated 8 September 2026 (the "Announcement") the Employee Shares (as defined in the Announcement) were admitted to listing on the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) Category of the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange effective at 8.00 am today.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 1,339,798,836 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
