Admission and Total Voting Rights

Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE), the fast-growing and progressive flooring distributor in the UK, is pleased to announce that, following the successful completion of the Fundraise announced on 29 July 2026, a total of 83,559,800 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") will be issued and allotted pursuant to the Firm Placing and the Firm Subscription.

Application has been made for 83,559,800 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with dealings expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 7 August 2026.

Following Admission, the issued share capital of the Company will be 336,543,280 and the Company now holds 1,793,218 shares in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company is now 334,750,062 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Likewise under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

A separate announcement will be made following the General Meeting as to the results of the General Meeting and the total voting rights following Admission of the Conditional Fundraise Shares, the Retail Offer Shares and the Additional Retail Offer Shares.

Capitalised terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the company's announcement released at 6:01 p.m. on 28 July 2026 or in the announcement released at 7:00 a.m. on 4 August 2026.
