As the bond holders of First Issue of the Unsecured Overseas Convertible in 2021 Bond requested for conversion, the outstanding shares of the Company had changed. The Chairman adjusted the ratios of cash dividend according to the authorization of the Company's Board Meeting on March 16, 2026.
