The Company announces that the General Meeting of the Company, originally scheduled to be held at 4.00 p.m. this afternoon in connection with the proposed members' voluntary liquidation of the Company, was formally adjourned.

 

This follows the Board's announcement on 19 August 2026 of its intention to adjourn the General Meeting.

 

The General Meeting will reconvene at the offices of JTC (UK) Limited, The Scalpel, 18th Floor, 52 Lime Street, London EC3M 7AF at 12.30 p.m. on Monday, 28 September 2026.
