Theo Fennell PLC25 June 2007 Theo Fennell Plc ("Theo Fennell" or "the Company") Additional Listing The Company has been informed that an employee has today exercised 1,500 shareoptions granted on 7 September 2000 under the Theo Fennell Plc Incentive Schemeat a purchase price of 50p per share. Following the above issue of new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company,application has been made for 1,500 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted totrading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
