Acquisition of Shares in Plug Networks LLC-FZ

Global Connectivity Plc (AQSE: GCON), an investing Company focused on strategic holdings in high-growth, connectivity-aligned technologies, is pleased to announce that is has received confirmation today that it has acquired 88,000 ordinary shares ("Shares") in PLUG Networks LLC-FZ ("Networks").

GCON acquired these Shares in Networks as per the regulations of Meydan Free Zone, a freezone trade area in the United Arb Emirates.

GCON's ownership is 8% of the issued share capital which was acquired in total at a substantial discount from the recent equity fund raises by Networks at $0.05 for a total cost of $4,400.00.

The management of Networks confirms that major carriers acknowledge the effectiveness and importance of Networks' technology to extract vast amounts of buried copper cables. GCON will, in due course, report on the progress of Networks as this business develops.
