Acquisition of a significant interest in Porvair plc ("Porvair") 

 

GGG S.p.A. ("GGG") announces that it has acquired 8,751,427 ordinary shares of Porvair for cash, equivalent to approximately 20.8 per cent. of Porvair's issued share capital, at a price of 60 pence per share and approximately £5.3 million in total. 

 

GGG now holds a total of 9,239,528 ordinary shares of Porvair, equivalent to approximately 22.0 per cent. of Porvair's issued share capital.
