Barclays completes acquisition of Citi's Italian credit card business

Barclays Bank PLC has completed the acquisition of the Italian credit card business of Citibank International Bank plc ("Citi"), which was initially announced on 11 February 2010, following receipt of competition clearance and completion of the trade union consultation.
