During September 2026, the number of shares and votes in Acast AB (publ) ("Acast") has changed due to warrants having been exercised under the company's employee stock option program 2023/2026 which was adopted by the annual general meeting on 9 May 2023. This has resulted in 2,779,524 new shares and votes in the company. Additional warrants may be exercised under the employee stock option program 2023/2026 during the remaining subscription period of the warrants. As of 30 September 2026, there are in total 185,244,784 shares and the same number of votes in Acast.
