Kibo Energy PLC (the "Company") announces that its audited Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 have not been published by the deadline of 30 June 2026 required under the AIM Rules for Companies.

As previously announced, trading in the Company's securities on AIM and the JSE remains suspended. The Company is currently in advanced negotiations in respect of agreeing the terms for a proposed reverse takeover transaction and will provide a further update to the market, together with a revised timeline for the publication of its audited accounts, in due course.
