2025 Annual Report and Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting
DP Poland, the operator of Domino's pizza stores and restaurants across Poland and Croatia, announces that its 2025 Annual Report has been published and can be found on the Group's website https://dppoland.com/dp-poland/our-results/. The Annual Report will be sent to those shareholders who have requested physical copies in due course.
The 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Bird & Bird at 12 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1JP on 24 June 2026 at 10:00 am (GMT). Materials relating to the AGM will in due course be posted to shareholders requiring physical copies and published on the Group's website.
