LONDON (Alliance News) - BSD Crown Ltd said Thursday YM Dekel Holdings & Investments Ltd and Zwi Williger modified their holdings in the company.
Zwi Williger, chairman of G Willi-Food International which is part of BSD Crown's portfolio, raised his stake in the Israeli investment company to 22.6% from 12%.
On the same day, YM Dekel Holdings & Investments Ltd lowered its holding in the company to 19.7% from 27.2%.
BSD Crown shares closed up 5% at 21.00 pence.
