LONDON (Alliance News) - Zinc Media Group PLC on Friday confirmed the appointment of Mark Browning as chief executive officer.
The content producer said Browning will join the board on April 23 and will replace current CEO David Galan.
Upon stepping down as CEO, Galan will move into a non-executive director role, Zinc Media said, and continue to work closely with the executive directors to facilitate a smooth transition.
"We look forward to Mark joining the company and are pleased that his start date is now confirmed," said Chair Peter Bertram.
"Furthermore we are delighted that David has agreed to step into a role as a non-executive director of the company and believe that his knowledge and experience in re-shaping the group over the last few years will continue to be valuable to the board and in helping to ensure a smooth transition for Mark," added Bertram.
Zinc Media shares were untraded on Friday, last closing at 0.40 pence each.
