(Alliance News) - Zenova Group PLC on Monday said it has chosen Viridis Group Ltd as one of its sub-distributors in Poland, with an immediate initial stock order of GBP21,000.
Zenova is a London-based provider of fire safety and heat management technology solutions. Viridis, alongside its subsidiaries Bumonolit and Bexman, has experience in the construction industry within the European market, and is focused on finding new ecologically friendly solutions in the construction field.
"We are very pleased to be part of the extended Zenova team, focused on joint development with the ZENOVA brand as a leading product and solution of ecological thermal insulation paints and fire protection products," said Viridis Director Ihor Shnel.
"We look forward to representing Zenova in Poland with EU policies becoming more regulative for such products in the construction sector. We also look forward to stocking and selling the exciting Zenova FX range."
Zenova Chief Executive Officer Tony Crawley added: "We are pleased to appoint Viridis as a sub distributor and reseller for Poland. Their team is very passionate about the Zenova product range, and they have valuable experience within the construction and development sector within Poland. We look forward to working closely with the Viridis team and their clients with training on installation and demonstrations on the key benefits of the Zenova solutions across many sectors."
Zenova shares were trading 2.9% higher at 10.80 pence each in London on Monday afternoon.
