(Alliance News) - YouGov PLC on Wednesday said Chair Deborah Davis has left the role, effective immediately.
Davis, who was joined the firm's board in June 2024 and was appointed as chair on an interim basis in February 2025, will be replaced by Non-Executive Director Ian Griffiths.
Griffiths joined the board last September. He also serves as executive director for BBC Commercial and as a non-executive director for Stanley Gibbons Baldwins after a career in C-suite roles at Emap, ITV, and Kantar.
Her departure follows the exit of former chief financial officer Alex McIntosh on February 9, replaced on an interim basis by James Davies.
YouGov shares fell 0.3% to 203.50 pence each in London on Wednesday. The stock is down 48% over the past 12 months.
Incoming YouGov Chair Ian Griffith said: "Deborah has played an important role on the board offering invaluable guidance during a period of significant change. We thank her for her unwavering dedication as she stepped in as interim chair last year, helping to stabilise the business...I very much look forward to...helping return this business to growth and delivering value for our shareholders."
