LONDON (Alliance News) - Recruitment services company Work Group PLC said Thursday it has opted not to publish its results for the first half of 2015 until it has concluded its strategic review and published its 2014 results.
Shares in the company have been suspended from trading on AIM since June as it failed to publish its 2014 results while it undertook the review and after it warned of a strain on its working capital resources.
Last month the company said it has decided to put its businesses up for sale as part of this review, and launched a formal sales process, being managed by SI Partners LLP.
Shares in the company remain suspended.
