Woodford Investment Cuts Stake In Equiniti To Below Notifiable Level (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Equiniti Group PLC said on Monday Woodford Investment Management Ltd reduced its interest in the company in a transaction last Friday.

Woodford Investment moved its holding to below the notifiable threshold of 5.0%, having previously held a 5.4% interest.

Equiniti shares were trading up 0.2% on Monday at 310.50 pence each.
