----------

Raspberry Pi Holdings PLC, up 7.0% at 585.50p, 12-month range 253.80p-1,082.00p. looks set for a fourth successive daily gain, after a losing streak of seven days. The maker of low-cost computer boards reports half-year results on Thursday, with all eyes on any commentary on memory prices. In April, it noted the price of memory "continues to rise, with a seven-fold increase over the last year" in the price of the LPDDR4 DRAM, which is used in Raspberry Pi's 4 and 5 computer board models. DRAM stands for dynamic random-access memory, a type of computer memory.

----------

Syncona, up 5.7% at 118.00p, 12-month range 86.80p-120.80p. The life science investor's Beacon Therapeutics Ltd's gene therapy laru-zova meets its primary endpoint in a phase II/III trial in treating the blinding condition X-linked retinitis pigmentosa. Beacon is a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on saving and restoring sight for people living with ocular diseases. Syncona has a 38% shareholding, which was valued at GBP183.4 million as of June 30. It says the positive trial result represents a 'key value inflection point' for Beacon, by which Syncona means a material de-risking event for one of its portfolio companies.

----------

Antofagasta, up 3.3% at 3,776.00p, 12-month range 2,318.00p-4,475.00p. Miners move higher on optimism surrounding thawing US and China tensions, with Donald Trump and Xi Jinping set to hold talks. China's leader will visit the US this week for talks with President Trump, Beijing confirmed on Monday. China is a major buyer of minerals.

----------

Polar Capital Technology Trust, up 2.3% at 675.00p, 12-month range 420.00p-743.50p. The investor, whose holdings include Nvidia Corp and Broadcom Inc, stocks linked to the AI infrastructure build out, is set for a fourth successive rise. It had sunk around 3% last week Monday after industry figures warned against a fast pace of AI investment. Trump on Saturday lashed out at critics of artificial intelligence and data centers, saying he would not allow the "destruction" of the industry and announcing the creation of a new government "AI Force." Trump – who finds himself out of step with growing public skepticism over AI and dire safety warnings from AI industry leaders – said liberals want the "decimation, or destruction, of AI." "I, as President of the US, will not stand by and let this happen," he wrote on his Truth Social platform.

----------

JD Sports Fashion PLC, up 0.5% at 74.12p, 12-month range 63.98p-106.18p. It announces a long-term franchise partnership with Grupo Axo SAPI de CV to launch the JD brand in Mexico. The Bury, Manchester-based sports retailer says the entry into Mexico builds on its presence in the US and Canada and represents another "significant" step in its 'JD brand first' strategy. Under the agreement, Axo will operate JD stores and e-commerce in Mexico, using JD's brand and intellectual property. Commencing in 2027, Axo will operate more than 140 JD premises in Mexico. Over time, key locations are expected to be upsized.
