Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:

Orcadian Energy, down 22% at 13.50p, 12-month range 8.50p-25.00p. It has terminated a joint-development deal that it announced last month. The firm in September entered into a non-exclusive, joint development agreement with a US developer of offshore data centre infrastructure. "Both companies have now agreed to terminate the agreement, as the development scope and timeline for Earlham did not align with the potential partner's near-term deployment priorities," the company says.

Tower Resources, up 11% at 0.02p, 12-month range 0.013p-0.043p. The oil and gas company focused on Africa says it Cameroonian unit gets formal government documentation of an extension to the initial exploration period for its Thali licence.

Rockhopper Exploration, down 10% at 54.35p, 12-month range 53.10p-92.74p. Notes Argentina "continues its activity to impose sanctions on those involved in the Sea Lion project" in the Falkland Islands. It says its partner and Sea Lion project operator Navitas Petroleum Ltd is taking action to replace two contractors as Argentina's Sea Lion sanctions continue. Navitas says it was replacing two contractors that were found to be in breach of their obligations and would make adjustments to the project as required.
