Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:
----------
Technology Minerals PLC, doubled at 0.048 pence, 12-month range 0.04p-0.06p. Annual general meeting votes in favour enable it to proceed with its placing and the issue of settlement shares. Shareholders approve the subdivision of each share into two, an increase in directors' authority to allot shares up to GBP7.7 million, and the disapplication of pre-emption rights in respect of the same amount. Company announced in late June that it had raised GBP2.1 million through a conditional placing and subscriptions at 0.05p per share to support its new 'Mantle' strategy focused on critical minerals, national resilience and sovereign supply chains.
----------
Sunrise Resources PLC, up 29% at 0.018 pence, 12-month range 0.014p-0.033p. Establishes a new copper-silver-gold project in Nevada, named the Lake Copper-Silver-Gold Project after its location in the Lake Mining District in Churchill County. Says Lake is at the south-west end of the prospective Humboldt Range, which is host to numerous large-scale current, planned and past producing gold and silver deposits. Also, the project has copper-silver mineralisation that occurs from surface. Says it has secured a low entry-cost lease & option to purchase agreement over a mining claim covering copper-silver-gold mineralisation originally discovered in 1985 by BHP subsidiary Utah International, and has staked another 10 adjacent mining claims.
----------
Celsius Resources Ltd, down 36% at 0.23p, 12-month range 0.23p-1.25p. The developer of the Maalinao-Caigutan-Biyog copper-gold project in the Philippines says Equinaire, which previously acquired Philippine sovereign wealth fund Maharlika Investment Corp's rights, title, and interests under the omnibus loan & security agreement with Makilala Mining Co Inc, has issued a notice of default. Equinaire, a subsidiary of Kiri Industries Ltd, therefore seeks to initiate a foreclosure process with respect to Celsius' 40% interest in MMCI, and to initiate a public auction for the 40% interest. Celsius says it refutes the claim of an event of default, and the capacity of Equinaire to initiate a foreclosure process and sell its interest in MMCI. Says it will "protect its interests to the fullest extent of the law."
