Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:

----------

Aminex PLC, up 27% at 2.00 pence, 12-month range 0.91p-2.90p. Agrees a revised implementation programme for the Ntorya gas development in Tanzania, targeting first gas from the NT-1 and NT-2 wells in December. The schedule provides for the NT-1 workover in October, testing of NT-2 in November, and drilling of the newly planned NT-Central well in December, with Chikumbi-1 to follow. The Tanzanian government rejects an operator proposal to extend and delay the project timetable, while the Ntorya-to-Madimba pipeline is expected to be ready to receive first gas in December. ARA Petroleum Tanzania, the operator, confirms it has the necessary funding to carry out the programme. Aminex says the agreement represents important progress towards resolving the issues behind its notice of dispute announced in August.

----------

Kazera Global PLC, up 27% at 2.00 pence, 12-month range 0.59p-2.20p. Receives formal approval from South Africa's Department of Mineral Resources & Energy for a mining right over its Sea Concession 2A heavy mineral sands project in the Northern Cape. The 10-year right allows Kazera's Whale Head Minerals subsidiary to mine garnet, monazite, zirconium, rutile and other heavy minerals across around 3,095 hectares. Following formal execution, strategic partner South Africa AT Investments will pay a further USD1.75 million to Whale Head Minerals and expand joint operations into the concession. Commercial production is targeted for the first quarter of 2027, ramping up to at least 10,000 tonnes of concentrate per month by the second quarter. A recent technical report estimates 1.31 million tonnes of economic heavy minerals within just 1.42% of the licence area, with an indicative in-situ value of around USD369.3 million.

----------

Quantum Blockchain Technologies PLC, down 18% at 0.27 pence, 12-month range 0.26p-1.24p. Raises GBP350,000 before expenses through a placing of 140 million new shares at 0.25p each. Says proceeds will support the development, testing and optimisation of its proprietary bitcoin mining technologies, including its Method C AI Oracle, as well as work to bring its recently granted US patent for ASIC Ultra Boost to a market-ready stage.

----------

Rome Resources PLC, down 14% at 0.25 pence, 12-month range 0.17p-0.45p. Reports a 45% increase in contained tin at its Kalayi deposit within the Bisie North project in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The updated inferred mineral resource stands at 460,000 tonnes grading 1.47% tin and containing around 6,800 tonnes of tin, representing a 32% increase in tonnage and a 10% improvement in grade from its October 2025 estimate. Says an area immediately southeast of the current resource could potentially double the resource with further drilling, while additional mineralised zones also offer further growth potential. Rome continues discussions with potential strategic parties on advancing and developing Bisie North.

----------

RentGuarantor Holdings PLC, up 10% at 86.50 pence, 12-month range 12.70p-86.50p. Raises its 2026 targets after eight-month revenue multiplies to GBP8.45 million from GBP1.48 million a year earlier, driven by strong customer growth following the Renters' Rights Act in the UK. Adjusted Ebitda swings to positive GBP2.77 million from a GBP122,000 loss, while adjusted net profit swings to positive GBP2.87 million compared with a GBP392,000 loss. Now targets full-year revenue above GBP14 million and net profit above GBP4 million, with revenue, adjusted Ebitda and adjusted net profit expected to be materially ahead of market expectations. Cash increases to around GBP7.5 million at August 31 from GBP2.4 million at June 30, prompting RentGuarantor to consider introducing a dividend policy.
