Pinewood Technologies Group PLC, up 32% at 416.5p, 12-month range 200.00p-575.00p. The software provider for automotive sellers said Friday it would be "minded to recommend" a possible offer by Ridgeview Partners. The offer is priced at GBP4.48 per share in cash, valuing Pinewood's entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital at GBP545 million. "The Pinewood.AI board believes that the possible offer represents an attractive opportunity for Pinewood.AI's shareholders to realise an immediate and certain cash value today for their investment at a level which may not be achievable until the execution of the strategy is delivered over the medium to longer term, with that execution subject to a wide range of uncertain potential outcomes," the firm said.

----------

Pharos Energy PLC, up 27% at 31.4p, 12-month range 18.50p-33.20p. Agrees to an all-cash takeover offer from Serica Energy that values Pharos at GBP145.7 million, the two London-listed companies announced on Sunday evening. The Serica offer of 32.6683 pence per Pharos share is comprised of a cash payment of 28.6683 pence per share from Serica and a 4.0p special dividend paid from Pharos' cash resources. The new offer for Pharos Energy, which has assets in Vietnam and Egypt, trumps a 28.0p offer from Ratio Petroleum Energy, to which Pharos had already agreed last month. The Ratio offer was 23.0683p per share in cash, plus the same 4.0p special dividend.

----------

Shearwater Group PLC, up 18% at 53.5p, 12-month range 35.50p-69.50p. The cybersecurity advisory and managed security services group expects first half revenue of GBP42 million and adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of GBP2.5 million for the year to June 30, beating market expectations of GBP35.5 million and GBP2.4 million. "The group enters FY27 with positive momentum, supported by continued demand for its cybersecurity services and a strong pipeline of opportunities. The board remains confident in the Group's prospects for the year ahead," Shearwater adds.

----------

AOTI Inc, up 11% at 97.5p, 12-month range 25.00p-100.00p. The wound healing-focused medical technology firm says revenue is up 10% to around USD35 million in the six months to June 30, from USD31.8 million. On an underlying basis, it is up 18%. The underlying measure excludes Arizona Medicaid. It stopped taking new Arizona patients under the US federal programme in April.

----------

Pathos Communications PLC, up 8.4% at 29.80p, 12-month range 23.11p-35.70p. The public relations company hails first half "growth in both revenues and profits". It expects to report revenue for the half-year ended June 30 rose 14% on-year to USD7.3 million, while adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation climbed 31% to USD1.7 million.
