Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:

----------

MobilityOne Ltd, up 26% at 8.50 pence, 12-month range 0.70p-15.75p. Trading in the e-commerce infrastructure payment solutions provider's shares is restored after it publishes delayed annual results for 2025. Pretax loss widens to GBP4.7 million from GBP3.5 million in 2024, despite revenue rising to GBP236.1 million from GBP230.2 million. Separately, first-half pretax loss widens slightly to GBP1.02 million from GBP1.00 million a year earlier, as revenue falls to GBP113.7 million from GBP116.0 million. MobilityOne continues to take a "cautious approach" to its financial 2026 outlook and declares no interim dividend. It expects its proposed joint venture with Super Apps to complete in the near term.

----------

GENinCode PLC, down 17% at 0.73 pence, 12-month range 0.64p-4.90p. The predictive genetics company reports first-half revenue of GBP1.1 million, down from GBP1.6 million a year earlier, reflecting NHS cutbacks and non-recurring revenue from a Catalonia pilot study in the prior year. Pretax loss narrows to GBP2.5 million from GBP3.0 million, while adjusted Ebitda loss narrows to GBP2.3 million from GBP2.5 million. GENinCode now expects full-year revenue of around GBP3.2 million, citing lower-than-expected NHS sales and slower uptake through its Thermo Fisher collaboration in the US and EU. It expects its cash runway to extend into the first quarter of 2027 and plans to file its Cardio inCode-Score FDA De Novo submission in November.

----------

Beowulf Mining PLC, down 16% at 5.25 pence, 12-month range 4.00p-13.00p. The mineral exploration and development company says uncertainty over a Swedish regulatory review means Bacchus Capital is unable to extend the September 30 long-stop date for its strategic investment, part of a GBP4.3 million financing. Beowulf says there can be no certainty that the strategic investment and financing will ultimately be completed or on what terms, although Bacchus remains willing to re-engage if Swedish foreign direct investment approval is received. Beowulf has received indications of support for around GBP110,000 of interim funding, which it believes would allow it to continue operating until the end of 2026. The company is also reducing expenditure, including through salary deferrals and reductions, and seeking extended payment terms from creditors.
