----------
Lion Finance Group PLC, up 4.8% at 12,695.00 pence, 12-month range 7,525.00p-14,820.00p. The banking group reports a 22% rise in third-quarter pretax profit to GEL790.9 million, around USD304.3 million, from GEL647.0 million a year earlier, while net interest income increases 19% to GEL941.7 million from GEL788.7 million. ----------
Weir PLC, down 7.5% at 2,432.00 pence, 12-month range 2,254.00p-3,580.00p. The engineering group reports third-quarter organic revenue growth of 5.0% year-on-year, including 4.0% growth in its Minerals division, although original equipment revenue declines 26% on an organic basis. Weir says underlying demand remains good as mining customers continue to drive production, with positive mining market conditions and strong demand across its core commodity exposures. The company remains confident in its medium- and long-term value creation opportunities but warns that specific geopolitical events could create additional near-term headwinds.
----------
Marks & Spencer Group PLC, up 3.2% at 427.25 pence, 12-month range 308.90p-427.25p. The clothing and food retailer reports a sharp rise in half-year pretax profit to GBP355.1 million from GBP3.4 million a year earlier, when earnings were hit by a cyber attack that disrupted online sales. Adjusted pretax profit more than doubles to GBP403.2 million from GBP184.1 million, ahead of market consensus of GBP399 million, while revenue rises 15% to GBP9.17 billion from GBP7.94 billion. Food sales grow 14% to GBP5.16 billion, with adjusted operating profit jumping to GBP288.6 million from GBP89.1 million, ahead of GBP261 million consensus. Fashion, Home & Beauty sales increase 18% to GBP2.00 billion, although adjusted operating profit of GBP150.5 million misses consensus of GBP191 million, despite recovering from GBP46.1 million a year earlier. M&S says the division continues to face challenging trading conditions and lingering disruption from the cyber attack, but expects its second-half performance to improve. The retailer raises its interim dividend by 17% to 1.4p per share from 1.2p and maintains its guidance for annual capital expenditure of around GBP750 million. It expects adjusted pretax profit for financial 2027 to be in line with market expectations.

Reaffirms all guidance, including return on tangible equity above 13% in the fourth quarter of 2026, above 15% in 2027 and above 18% in 2028. Chief Executive Daniel Frumkin says: "We enter the final quarter of the year with confidence and clear momentum and reaffirm all guidance."
