Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:
----------
Forgent PLC, up 22% at 0.01 pence, 12-month range 0.01p-0.04p. The Australian-focused minerals explorer agrees revised commercial terms with Raiden Resources Ltd for its option to acquire an 80% interest in the Mount Sholl nickel-copper-platinum group elements project in Western Australia. Total consideration remains AUD2.7 million, comprising AUD1.4 million in cash and AUD1.4 million in shares, but will now be paid in four instalments over nine months rather than entirely upon exercise. The initial payment is reduced by around 64% to AUD975,000, with the remaining AUD1.7 million deferred, allowing Forgent to secure the full 80% interest upon exercise while reducing upfront costs and spreading shareholder dilution. The option is extended to November 14, with no additional consideration payable for the revised terms. Chief Executive James Parsons says the changes are "commercially sensible" and preserve the company's ability to acquire the project, which contains an existing mineral resource of 23.4 million tonnes.
----------
Synergia Energy Ltd, down 24% at 0.006 pence, 12-month range 0.0065p-0.0205p. The energy company says drilling of the planned C-79 well at its Cambay production sharing contract in India, in which it holds a 50% working interest, has been delayed until February or March 2027 from an earlier estimate of late November 2026. Joint venture partner and operator Antelopus Selan Energy Ltd says there is no firm date for the mobilisation of the Deep Industries drilling rig, which is currently assigned to ONGC in Assam. Synergia says the partners are broadly aligned on the well's Eocene target, drilling programme and hydraulic fracturing plans, and that it will provide a further update once the operator confirms the revised timetable.
----------
Dekel Agri-Vision PLC, down 21% at 0.28 pence, 12-month range 0.28p-0.50p. The West African agricultural company conditionally raises GBP719,526 through the issue of 276.7 million new shares at 0.26p each, including GBP24,526 from a retail offer, GBP195,000 from a placing and GBP500,000 from a subscription. Proceeds will primarily fund additional equipment to increase its cashew processing capacity to around 45 tonnes per day from 30 tonnes, alongside working capital requirements. Trading in Dekel shares on AIM resumed on Wednesday following the closure of the capital access window to allow the equity raise. The fundraising remains subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting on November 27, with admission of the new shares expected around November 30. Non-Executive Director Aristide Achy Brou's participation also is subject to shareholder approval as his holding would increase to 30.68% of the enlarged share capital.
----------
Orosur Mining Inc, down 13% at 9.95 pence, 12-month range 9.95p-39.10p. The mining company reports further drilling results from its Anza gold project in Colombia, where three rigs are currently operating. At the APTA prospect, drill hole MAP109 intersects 15.35 metres grading 0.97 grams of gold per tonne, while MAP110 returns 43.55 metres at 1.53 grams per tonne, including 14.2 metres at 3.1 grams per tonne. Orosur says APTA is transitioning towards a resource drilling programme, while exploration at Pepas is shifting towards South Pepas following the completion of land access agreements. Drilling has also resumed at El Cedro, with core recovery underway from 200 metres, while new targets are being developed at El Yarumo. The company plans to advance Pepas to the preliminary economic assessment stage following consultation on its PTO. Chief Executive Brad George says the company is confident it can progress development at Pepas while advancing APTA towards a mineral resource and continuing exploration at El Cedro and El Yarumo.
