----------

Hiscox Ltd, up 2.6% at 1,932.50 pence, 12-month range 1,883.00p-1,944.00p. The Bermuda-based insurer reports a 9.5% rise in insurance contract written premiums to USD4.44 billion in the first nine months of 2026 from USD4.05 billion a year earlier, or 8.1% growth at constant currency. Retail premiums increase 12% to USD2.25 billion, while London Market premiums rise 9.9% to USD1.05 billion and reinsurance premiums grow 4.5% to USD1.13 billion. Hiscox says third-quarter claims remain within expectations, as fewer natural catastrophe losses more than offset marine losses linked to the ongoing Middle East conflict. The nine-month investment result falls to USD104.2 million from USD350.8 million, reflecting unrealised losses on government bonds, although the investment result included in adjusted operating pretax profit rises to USD296.4 million from USD287.4 million. Hiscox remains on track for 9% full-year growth at constant currency and has completed USD241.0 million of its USD300 million share buyback programme.

----------

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PLC, up 2.5% at 8,355.00 pence, 12-month range 8,105.00p-8,430.00p. The drinks bottler reports a 6.5% rise in third-quarter revenue to EUR5.76 billion from a year earlier, driven by higher volumes and revenue per unit case. European revenue increases 5.8% to EUR4.44 billion, while revenue in Australia, Pacific and Southeast Asia grows 9.2% to EUR1.33 billion. Group volumes rise 3.5% on an adjusted basis, while revenue per unit case increases 2.2%. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners reaffirms its full-year guidance for comparable, foreign exchange-neutral revenue growth of 3.0% to 4.0% and operating profit growth of around 7.0%. At current exchange rates, it expects a foreign exchange headwind of around 10 basis points to annual revenue and a tailwind of around 30 basis points to operating profit. The company declares a second-half interim dividend of EUR1.42 per share, bringing its full-year dividend to EUR2.24 per share, and says it has completed around EUR880 million of its EUR1.00 billion share buyback programme as of October 30. It continues to invest in artificial intelligence, technology, coolers and its supply chain to support future growth.

----------

Associated British Foods PLC, down 1.3% at 1,918.00 pence, 12-month range 1,861.00p-1,933.50p. The food and ingredients producer and Primark owner reports a 10% fall in annual pretax profit to GBP1.28 billion from GBP1.41 billion, while adjusted pretax profit declines 14% to GBP1.46 billion from GBP1.70 billion, broadly in line with consensus of GBP1.45 billion. Revenue edges up to GBP19.58 billion from GBP19.46 billion, as a challenging consumer environment weighs on Primark, where adjusted operating profit falls 12%. Grocery adjusted operating profit declines 11%, while Sugar records an adjusted operating loss of GBP47 million. The company maintains its total dividend at 63.0p per share. Looking ahead, AB Foods expects adjusted operating profit and adjusted earnings per share in financial 2027 to be below 2026 levels, mainly due to Sugar, where it forecasts an adjusted operating loss of GBP70 million to GBP170 million. It also lowers its Grocery outlook, now expecting adjusted operating profit broadly in line with 2026, compared with previous guidance for a slight increase. Primark's adjusted operating margin is expected to be around 10% in 2027, excluding demerger costs. AB Foods says preparations to separate Primark from its Foods business are progressing well, with completion expected in December 2027.

----------

Drax Group PLC, up 8.6% at 878.75 pence, 12-month range 834.00p-886.00p. Signs an agreement to develop a strategic partnership with Brookfield and its UK-based artificial intelligence infrastructure platform Radiant to build and operate a data centre with more than 1 gigawatt of potential capacity at Drax Power Station in Yorkshire. Brookfield estimates total potential investment could exceed GBP20 billion, including semiconductor chips, with an initial GBP2.5 billion earmarked for the first phase. The first phase targets up to 100 megawatts of capacity, with operations expected to begin in the first quarter of 2028, subject to planning and regulatory approvals, securing a tenant and final investment decisions. A second phase aims to add 500 megawatts between 2028 and 2031, using power generated at Drax under a long-term power purchase agreement, with further expansion planned beyond 2031.

----------

International Workplace Group PLC, up 6.1% at 209.30 pence, 12-month range 199.50p-217.60p. The flexible workspace provider expects full-year 2026 adjusted Ebitda to exceed market consensus of USD599 million, as third-quarter group revenue rises 9.0% to USD1.03 billion from USD947 million a year earlier. System-wide revenue increases 12% to USD1.26 billion from USD1.13 billion, taking its annualised revenue run rate above USD5.00 billion, while its global network surpasses 5,000 centres. Company-owned revenue grows 8.0% to USD969 million, with revenue per available room up 2.0%, while Managed & Franchised fee revenue jumps 28% to USD45 million. IWG signs 332 new centres and opens 211 during the quarter. Net debt narrows to USD874 million at September 30 from USD880 million at June 30, despite USD39 million in share buybacks during the quarter, bringing total repurchases for the first nine months to USD139 million. IWG tightens its previous full-year adjusted Ebitda guidance range of USD585 million to USD625 million, now expecting to exceed consensus, and maintains its medium-term target of at least USD1.00 billion in adjusted Ebitda.
