Small-cap and AIM movers in focus:

----------

80 Mile PLC, down 25% at 0.466p, 12-month range 0.23p-1.60p. The exploration and development firm, with assets in Greenland, Finland and Italy, now expects drilling at the Jameson Land Basin project to be delayed. This follows "ongoing engagement with the Greenlandic authorities". It had been aiming for drilling during the 2026/27 winter season. "This delay relates to the time required to complete the permitting and regulatory approval process and does not reflect any change to the company's plans for Jameson. 80 Mile remains fully committed to the project and intends to commence drilling as soon as the necessary approvals have been received and the programme can be undertaken safely and responsibly," 80 Mile adds.

----------

Bravura Solutions Ltd, up 14% at 163.5p, 12-month range 140.00p-145.00p. The provider of enterprise software for the wealth management and funds industries says pretax profit in the year to June 30 declined 19% to AUD74.9 million, around GBP39.2 million, from AUD92.9 million, though revenue rose 9.6% to AUD283.6 million from AUD258.7 million. Bravura announces it has entered into new debt facilities with HSBC worth AUD100 million. In addition, it is to launch a share buyback of up to AUD50 million.

----------

Titon Holdings PLC, down 11% at 85p, 12-month range 70.00p-103.00p. The manufacturer and supplier of ventilation systems notes a "number of customer projects have been rescheduled" to the following financial year, so will not fall under the current 12-month period to September 30. It now expects annual revenue of GBP17.5 million, representing growth of 7.5%, and underlying earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of around GBP300,000. In 2025, revenue amounted to GBP15.8 million, and the underlying Ebitda to GBP811,000.

----------

Eco Animal Health Group PLC, up 6.4% at 103.25p, 12-month range 72.00p-116.90p. The animal health company signs an exclusive licence agreement with biotechnology company Vaxinano SAS. Vaxinano is developing a sheep vaccine candidate against toxoplasmosis. "The licence will enable ECO to complete the development of and commercialise the late-stage vaccine candidate for the prevention of reproductive failure caused by Toxoplasma gondii in all key commercial markets," Eco Animal adds. Toxoplasmosis "can cause significant economic losses through abortion, stillbirth and the birth of weak lambs", the firm adds. Eco is to pay a "modest" upfront licence fee to Vaxinano, as well as development milestone payments and future royalties based on product sales. Eco adds: "No increased R&D expenditure is envisaged and the upfront licence fee is accommodated within this financial year's R&D budget. Given the candidate's advanced stage of development and the company's existing comprehensive commercial and distribution infrastructure, management believes the product offers a de-risked, accelerated pathway to market entry. With estimated peak annual sales of approximately GBP10 million in UK and Europe alone, the product is expected to make a meaningful contribution to the incremental earnings from the company's growing vaccine portfolio."

----------

CLS Holdings PLC, down 5.6% at 46.3p, 12-month range 45.15p-64.90p. The office space company says its net asset value per share at the June 30 half-year end declines 12% to 164.2p from 186.4p in December. The period was mired by "earnings and valuation pressures", Chief Executive Officer Fredrik Widlund says. Its pretax loss widens to GBP72.5 million from GBP24.3 million a year prior. It decides against a half-year dividend, following a 1.30p per share payout a year prior. "Given the importance of reducing leverage and completing the disposal programme, the board has concluded that it is appropriate to determine the level of distribution at the full year results once the full-year earnings are known," CLS adds.
