LONDON (Alliance News) - Sinclair Pharma PLC said Wednesday that Weiss Asset Management LP more than doubled its stake in the company raising it to 12%.
Prior to Tuesday's deal, Weiss' holding in the pharmaceutical firm was 5.2%.
Sinclair shares were trading up 0.2% at 31.60 pence on Wednesday.
