LONDON (Alliance News) - Tax Systems PLC on Friday said Weiss Asset Management LP upped its holding in the compliance technology provider following a transaction on Thursday.
Weiss Asset Management increased its stake to 20.7%, having previously held 11.7% interest.
Tax Systems shares were untraded on Friday, last closing at 108.90 pence each.
