LONDON (Alliance News) - Tax Systems PLC said on Thursday that Weiss Asset Management LP now holds a 12.6% stake in the software company with effect on Wednesday.
Also on Thursday, Tax Systems announced that Coltrane Asset Management LP sold its entire 12.6% stake in the company on Wednesday.
Shares in Tax Systems were up 0.5% at 109.51 pence on Thursday.
