LONDON (Alliance News) - Vislink PLC on Friday confirmed it has changed its name to Pebble Beach Systems Group PLC following the sale of its hardware division.
The software and technology firm agreed to sell the division for GBP16.0 million to xG Technology Inc in December, having previously sold its Communications System business in October. This left it focused on its Pebble Beach automation and content management unit.
Shareholders approved the name change at the company's annual general meting Friday.
Shares in the company were down 3.6% at 17.00 pence Friday morning.
