(Alliance News) - Vietnam-focused real estate investor VinaLand Ltd said on Monday that a subsidiary of its manager has increased its stake in the company to 68% from 54%.
Asia Investment & Finance Ltd, a unit of VinaLand's manager VinaCapital Group, acquired 20.1 million shares in the company on Friday, taking the investment manager's holding to 99.3 million shares in total.
In London on Monday afternoon, shares in VinaLand were up 45% at USD0.008 each.
