LONDON (Alliance News) - Vietnam Infrastructure Ltd on Thursday said it has divested its stake in Vietnam Aircraft Leasing Joint Stock Co for USD8.4 million.
The fund said it made a loss of approximately USD290,000, but that the divestment was in line with the exit strategy for its private equity portfolio.
The proceeds of the transaction will be used to make capital distributions to shareholders, the company said.
Shares in Vietnam Infrastructure were trading down 1.3% at 0.185 pence on Thursday morning.
